READY SET ACRO is a playful introduction to acrobatics created especially for preschool-aged children.
Dancers work on balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and safe foundational skills through obstacle courses, creative movement and age-appropriate progressions. Children may explore skills such as forward rolls, bridges, balances, handstands and beginner cartwheel preparation while building body awareness and confidence.
READY SET ACRO is offered as a convenient 10-week session with no registration fee, making it an easy way to try acro without a year-long commitment.
